Information and request for consent in accordance with Article 13 of the European Data Protection Regulation No. 2016/679

The provision of data is optional, it is understood that any refusal to provide such data and failure to consent to their processing will result in the inability to fulfill requests made through the website.
The European Data Protection Regulation confirms that all processing must be based on specific principles of lawfulness. The bases of lawfulness of processing are, among others, consent, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and legal obligations to which the data controller is subject. In particular, the legal basis on which the processing described is based is the need to fulfill the request sent through the form. The legal basis on which the treatments related to newsletter subscription are based is the consent of the data subject.
The data provided through the forms will be retained only for the purpose of handling the request in item 1, and in the case of consent in item 2 will be retained until a request for deletion is made.Authorizations for the above purposes are optional, with the exception of the purpose in item 1, and pursued only with consent to data processing.
In addition to the Data Controller, categories of Data Processors and authorized individuals involved in the business organization of the Site may have access to the data. You may at any time exercise your rights under Articles 15 - 22 of the Regulation, including deletion of data or opposition to its use, by sending an email to marketing@startups.ch. The Data Controller informs that it does not carry out processing that consists of automated decision-making processes.
